1. Publisher

2. Purpose

AMA WORLD lets African creators present their profile and works, and lets buyers contact them. AMA connects the parties; the sale is concluded directly between the buyer and the creator. No online payment is offered at this stage.

3. Registration

Registration is free. Sales terms (including any commission) will be communicated before payments open: to be completed.

4. Review

Every profile and every work is reviewed by the AMA team before publication. AMA may refuse, ask for changes or archive content, giving a reason. The “Profile verified by AMA” badge is awarded only after a manual check.

5. Rights and content

The creator certifies being the author of, or holding the rights to, the works and images published. They remain the owner and grant AMA a free, non-exclusive licence to display and promote them on AMA WORLD and its social media for as long as they are online.

6. Reports

Anyone can report a profile or work using the “Report” button. AMA examines every report.
